Als wir auf mallorca im Trainingslager fuer den Ironman sind hat der Arzt und Trainer, die auch die deutsche Profis trainieren, uns immer gesagt das Ruhetagen auch Trainingstagen sind!!! Jetzt ist Ruhe nehmen einfacher!! das kommt ja alles wieder ganz schnell zurueck als du auf dener Korper achtet.
